Your invisible
health companion.

RIN reads your Apple Watch health data in the background — sleep insights, HRV, steps, workouts — and shows up with personalized coaching exactly when you need it. No extra hardware needed.

Good morning! Your sleep was solid last night — 7h 42m with strong deep sleep phases. Your HRV is trending up this week too, which tells me your recovery is on track. Ready to keep that momentum going today?

You track everything.
But what does it all mean?

The problem

Your Apple Watch collects thousands of data points every day. Steps, sleep stages, HRV, workouts. But Apple Health just shows you charts. No sleep insights. No context connecting your HRV to your recovery. No one telling you what actually matters for you.

Meet your AI health coach

RIN reads your Apple Watch health data the way a good coach would — looking at sleep insights, HRV trends, and workout recovery, then checking in with you every day. Not with charts, but with a real conversation about what's changing, what's improving, and what deserves your attention.

Three steps. Then it disappears
into the background.

Set up takes less than a minute. The insights last.

1

Connect your Apple Watch

Grant RIN read access to your Apple Health data. Steps, sleep, HRV, workouts, energy — whatever your Apple Watch tracks. One tap, done.

2

Get your daily check-in

Each morning, RIN surfaces — reviewing your latest data and sending a personalized check-in. Not a notification dump — a thoughtful summary of what matters.

3

Chat anytime

Want to dig deeper? Ask RIN anything about your health trends. It remembers your history, your context, and what you care about.

Everything a great AI health coach does.
Tailored to your life.

Your invisible wellness buddy

RIN knows your favorite activities, your goals, and how your day went. It's an endlessly patient advisor on your well-being — always there when you need it, invisible when you don't. The more you share, the more personal the coaching gets.

Daily check-ins

Every morning, RIN reviews your night and the day ahead. How you slept, how you recovered, what to pay attention to. A one-minute read that sets the tone for your day.

Dynamic HRV tailored to your day

RIN doesn't just read your HRV — it adapts the analysis window to your actual rhythm. When you wake up, when you go to bed, how your day unfolded. Your sleep insights and HRV analysis reflect your schedule, not a generic 24-hour clock.

Natural conversation

No dashboards to decipher. Just ask RIN a question like you would a friend. "How's my sleep been this week?" or "Am I recovering well?" and get a real answer.

Snap a photo, track calories

Take a photo of your meal and RIN estimates calories, macros, and how it fits into your day. No manual logging, no scanning barcodes — just point your camera and eat.

Workout awareness

RIN knows when you crushed a workout and when you skipped one. It factors exercise into its recommendations, so your check-ins always reflect the full picture.

Everything in one place

A lean, simple dashboard that puts sleep, HRV, steps, workouts, and nutrition side by side. No clutter, no ten-screen deep menus. One glance and you know where you stand.

Not another big tech data grab

We don't even need your last name. Your health data is never sold, never shared, never used to train AI models. RIN exists to help you, not to build a profile on you.

Your deep sleep was 22% higher last night compared to your weekly average. That tracks with the afternoon walk you took yesterday — light evening activity tends to help you sleep better.

Interesting! Should I be walking every afternoon?

Based on the last two weeks, your best sleep nights all followed days with 20+ minutes of light activity after 3 PM. Worth making it a habit!

Ask RIN anything...

Your health data shouldn't be
big tech's business model.

Most health apps want your name, your email, your location, your habits — then sell the picture to advertisers. RIN doesn't work like that. We don't even need your last name.

Minimal identity

No last name, no phone number, no social profiles. We know your sleep patterns, not your identity.

Never sold

Your data is never sold to advertisers, insurers, or data brokers. Not today, not ever.

Not used for training

Your health data never trains AI models. It helps you and only you — then stays put.

Encrypted & secure

All data encrypted in transit and at rest. Row-level security means only you can access your records.

Big tech companies use your health data to build advertising profiles. RIN keeps your identity separate from your health data — because your HRV is nobody's business but yours.

Questions? We have answers.

What health data does RIN use?

RIN reads data from Apple HealthKit including daily steps, sleep stages and duration, heart rate variability (HRV), workouts, active and resting energy, and body measurements. You control exactly which categories to share, and you can revoke access at any time through iOS Settings.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

An Apple Watch is not strictly required, but it significantly enhances the experience. RIN works with whatever data is in your Apple Health app — your iPhone alone tracks steps and some activity. An Apple Watch adds sleep tracking, HRV, workout detection, and heart rate data, giving RIN a much richer picture to work with.

Is RIN a replacement for medical advice?

No. RIN is a wellness companion, not a medical device. It helps you understand your health trends and build better habits, but it does not diagnose conditions or replace professional medical care. If you have health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

How does RIN protect my privacy?

RIN collects the minimum identity possible — we don't even need your last name. Your health data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, with row-level security so only you can access your records. We never sell your data to third parties, never share it with advertisers or insurers, and never use it to train AI models. Unlike big tech health platforms, your identity stays completely separate from your health data. You can delete everything at any time.

Is RIN available on Android?

RIN is launching first on iOS, as it integrates deeply with Apple HealthKit. Android support is something we're exploring for the future.

What does RIN cost?

RIN will be free to download and try. We'll share more details about premium plans as they become available. Our goal is to keep the core experience accessible to everyone.
